If kp999 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

You must not share your login details with any other person. kp999 will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact kp999 support immediately.

kp999 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions on kp999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to standard PKR transactions.

The minimum deposit amount on kp999 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though transaction limits set by your payment provider may apply independently. kp999 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. You cannot withdraw to a bank account, mobile wallet, or card that is not registered in your own name. kp999 requires identity verification (CNIC confirmation) before processing your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals are processed faster once your account is verified.

• Bank transfers (IBFT) and card withdrawals process within the same business day.
• kp999 does not impose arbitrary waiting periods on verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. kp999 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
• In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violation, kp999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

All bets placed on kp999 are subject to the specific rules of the respective sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet on kp999, you confirm that you understand the rules applicable to that bet type and that you accept the displayed odds at the time of placement.

Once a bet is confirmed on kp999, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. The result of any bet is determined by the outcome of the event in question and settled by kp999 according to its official settlement rules. In cases of disputes regarding match results or game outcomes, kp999's settlement decision is final.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and game type. The minimum bet on most sports markets is Rs 50. Slot minimum bets start from Rs 20 per spin.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account tier. These limits may vary and are displayed within each betting market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and market availability at the time of placement. kp999 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned and fewer than the required number of results have been determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your kp999 balance.
• kp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on obviously incorrect odds due to technical error or human error, with full stake returned to the player.

kp999 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. Each promotion comes with specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. General bonus rules that apply across all kp999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus on multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from kp999. Withdrawing your deposit balance before completing wagering requirements will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Placing bets using insider information obtained through illegal or unethical means.

All content on kp999.biz — including but not limited to the kp999 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, design elements, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kp999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kp999.biz for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kp999 content without prior written permission from kp999.

kp999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kp999 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accurate odds, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of information displayed at all times.
